By accessing this website and registering for Kapsule Renewable Summit 2026, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting abstracts or completing registration.

1. Conference Registration

All registrations are subject to confirmation upon successful payment. Registration fees cover only the items explicitly stated on the registration page. Any additional services must be requested separately.

2. Abstract Submission & Review

Submitted abstracts must be original and not previously published. All abstracts will undergo a review process conducted by the scientific committee. The conference organizers reserve the right to accept or reject submissions based on relevance, quality, and scientific merit.

3. Presentation Policy

Accepted authors are required to complete registration in order to present. Presentation format (oral or poster) will be decided by the organizing committee. Failure to present without prior notice may result in exclusion from future events.

4. Payments & Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable once the registration is confirmed. In exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed at the discretion of the organizers. All approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges.

5. Conference Modifications

The organizers reserve the right to modify the conference program, speakers, venue, or schedule if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the conference without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Authors retain copyright of their work. By submitting abstracts and presentations, authors grant permission for the conference to use submitted materials for promotional and educational purposes.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The organizers shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred by participants during the conference. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal belongings.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will be used solely for conference-related purposes.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, submitting an abstract, or participating in the conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
